It’s now been over 6 months since my life changed
rather dramatically.
And yes, it has been a journey that is still continually
changing.
Brian is going along ok – had his stitches out last week
and is able to gradually increase his ‘upright’ time – he is now officially up
to 3 hours per day of mobility time without foot elevation. It aches after
using it, and that keeps him from doing too much.
I have been very disappointed over the past week at the
increase in back pain which has kept me from my usual activities and exercises.
The latest spine MRI has not shown much difference to how it looked a month
ago, and I am to have another one in two months. I will be exploring tomorrow
what might be able to help bring pain relief as the usual regime is currently
not effective. Here’s hoping…
